I do. Especially if the fruit has been refrigerated so there's a nice contrast between the cold fruit flesh and the hot water. Pears & oranges are crucial.

I'm not sure how you can drink in the shower without inadvertantly topping up your drink with shower juice... but baths, that's a different thing. I enjoy drinking, eating, reading and in fact conducting as much of my life as possible in a hot bath.

I frequently drink coffee or beer in the shower, depending on the time of day, but had not thought of eating fruit in the shower. Seems like a good morning time-saver, though.
