Yeah, but that's because you're not thinking straight. You are PRESUMING that you will one day get a managerial job in a major company. Yes, more men have these kinds of jobs. Good news: Getting into big companies in well paid roles = more likely as a young, good looking girl.

Plus, you can marry a rich guy or get into the film or TV industry pretty easily too.

Mark, that is indeed a point worth discussing. Yes, breaking into the media (any media) at entrance level is difficult unless you are a young girl. You can be a young girl with rocks for brains, but your likelihood of getting in there - sans any experience or qualifications - is high because the employees at the highest level are invariably male. This is fact people.
