More like that the grabbing hands grab all they can, because it is a competitive world.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Saturday, 18 September 2004 14:08 (twenty-one years ago)

Ned, are you claiming these words as your own? Because I'm well read and I've heard them said a hundred times (maybe less, maybe more).

Dan Perry '08 (Dan Perry), Saturday, 18 September 2004 14:11 (twenty-one years ago)

Dan, in the end you will submit. It's got to hurt a little bit.

four months pass...
Macaulay Culkin hearing on drug possession charges postponed until April
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — A court hearing for former child star Macaulay Culkin on his drug possession case has been delayed until April.
Culkin had been scheduled to appear in Oklahoma County District Court Thursday, but the hearing was moved to April 6.
His lawyer, Catherine Burton, couldn’t be reached for comment Wednesday afternoon.
Culkin, best known for his role in the Home Alone movies, was arrested Sept. 17 during a traffic stop on Interstate 44 in Oklahoma City.
Police said officers found about 17 grams of marijuana and 16 milligrams of Xanax, a prescription drug used to treat depression and panic disorders. Culkin, 24, wasn’t driving the vehicle.
Oklahoma County prosecutors charged Culkin with misdemeanour counts of possession of marijuana and possession of the Xanax. He pleaded innocent to the charges in October.
Culkin was freed on $4,000 bail shortly after his arrest.

With his delicate features and precocious sensibilities, Culkin was the Dakota Fanning of the early '90s

Not the phrase you want to read about yourself, that.

bearing in mind i kinda look like that, does anyone wanna venture a polemical 'i think he actually looks okay' wrt the pic above? you can still see that he's his sorta luminous, striking child face

quick brown fox triangle (schlump), Thursday, 9 February 2012 19:23 (thirteen years ago)

Which one schlump, the first or the second pic. He doesn't look particularly unhealthy in the second pic but his hair's kinda bad.

beachville, Thursday, 9 February 2012 19:40 (thirteen years ago)

he's looking like a weird mix of Thom Yorke and Matt Smith

He should be Mapplethorpe in Just Kids.

Also, are he and Mila at a funeral there? That's some classy pappin' if so.

trishyb, Thursday, 9 February 2012 20:36 (thirteen years ago)

i'm guessing that's at forest lawn and maybe MJ's funeral.

omar little, Thursday, 9 February 2012 20:38 (thirteen years ago)

I thought he looked like Mackenzie Crook as well! Maybe it's just a look you acquire when your name starts with Mac.

when considering what happened to a lot of contemporaneous child actors (Brad Renfro, Edward Furlong, among others, as well as others before and since) he seems like one of the guys who emerged fairly unscathed. Maybe not a clean run through the system like Elijah Wood but better than many.
