Has any of you ever done the "cheek" dance?

i do it when im really bored.

you have both your hands flat and place them on the corresponding cheek and make alternating circular motions and then with a dead serious face you move jerkily from side to side like your doing a tribal display.

i probably shouldn't be posting this.

Your upper cheeks or your lower cheeks?

Aimless (Aimless), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:03 (twenty-one years ago)

the most "squishy" parts so that they move around.

i'm talking about the face cheeks btw. not butt cheeks, that would be gross.

Hari Ashurst (Toaster), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:05 (twenty-one years ago)

feel free to post about your own stupid dances.

Hari Ashurst (Toaster), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:07 (twenty-one years ago)

All of my dances are stupid dances.

"squishy parts"

Gold Teeth II (kenan), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:10 (twenty-one years ago)

Do you clap along to music at home when you are really enjoying it?

Tous Les Garcons S'Appellent Little Lord Travolta (nordicskilla), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:11 (twenty-one years ago)

if you don't have squishy parts then i guess this dance just isn't for you.

Hari Ashurst (Toaster), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:11 (twenty-one years ago)

I try very hard not to have squishy parts. i still do, though.

Gold Teeth II (kenan), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:12 (twenty-one years ago)

Mmmm squishy parts....

Je4nne Ć’ury (Jeanne Fury), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:13 (twenty-one years ago)

They're alright for you, I guess.

Gold Teeth II (kenan), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:14 (twenty-one years ago)

If I rub my squishy parts, then they're not squishy anymore.

n/a (Nick A.), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:14 (twenty-one years ago)

i guess this could have been posted in the clapping thread but people might have been confused and thought i was clapping my cheeks, which wouldn't work really.

Hari Ashurst (Toaster), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:15 (twenty-one years ago)

you need to channel the music through the squishy parts.

always.

Hari Ashurst (Toaster), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:16 (twenty-one years ago)

i'm talking about the face cheeks btw. not butt cheeks, that would be gross.

Someday you'll hopefully understand that butt cheeks are most decidedly not "gross." In point of fact, they are rad.

Gold Teeth II (kenan), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:17 (twenty-one years ago)

This is Nick doing the "cheek dance":

if you had a dancing partner then i imagine the cheek dance would work well with the butt area. Maybe less tribalism perhaps.

Dan Perry '08 (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:25 (twenty-one years ago)

I can tap dance quite well if that's any use to you.

Penelope_111 (Penelope_111), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:37 (twenty-one years ago)

Sometimes I do a little dance in my seat at work when I'm super caffeinated. This isn't very interesting though, I just move around like I'm dancing without standing up. This usually involves moving one shoulder up a couple of times to one side and then the other back and forth. Pretty sexy, I know.

Sarah McLusky (coco), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:42 (twenty-one years ago)

i just tried that.

it kind of made my shoulders hurt, should it?

Hari Ashurst (Toaster), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:45 (twenty-one years ago)

How far up did you go?

Penelope_111 (Penelope_111), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:47 (twenty-one years ago)

I'm going to make it my mission to take everything on this thread out of context.

Gold Teeth II (kenan), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:48 (twenty-one years ago)

Then there was the whole sex thing... he kept bouncing up and down like a jolly toddler and saying, "Fucky fuck fuck!" It was so. Fucking. Weird.

Dan Perry '08 (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:49 (twenty-one years ago)

Hari, Make sure you put the one shoulder down before putting the other one up too or eventually your arms will come off.

This whole dancing thing is dangerous.

Sarah McLusky (coco), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:51 (twenty-one years ago)

Re: shoulder dance.

i gotta say i went pretty far up; i put my heart and soul into any dance.

Hari Ashurst (Toaster), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:51 (twenty-one years ago)

I tried the cheek dance, but very discreetly. It was a little invigorating, a little weird.

Sarah McLusky (coco), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:52 (twenty-one years ago)

I've been trying very hard to not make a goatse.cx joke.

Dan Perry '08 (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:53 (twenty-one years ago)

how hard?

Hari Ashurst (Toaster), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:55 (twenty-one years ago)

Not hard enough, apparently.

Dan Perry '08 (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:55 (twenty-one years ago)

This whole dancing thing is dangerous

It sure is. I burst my blue satin trousers with sequins up the sides trying to execute a difficult cross your feet to go around in a circle manoeuvre at a roller disco. Lethal.

Penelope_111 (Penelope_111), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:55 (twenty-one years ago)

do you think the cheek dance could be used as a means of courting?

Hari Ashurst (Toaster), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 19:58 (twenty-one years ago)

About as effectively as goatse.cx.

Gold Teeth II (kenan), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 20:06 (twenty-one years ago)

i didn't know asses bent that way.

Hari Ashurst (Toaster), Tuesday, 5 October 2004 20:10 (twenty-one years ago)

goatse:ass::Jim Carrey:face
