I'm not actually entirely sure what I meant by that or where I got it from, to be honest. Plausibly I made it up. There will be NEW SHIT, anyway! I'm assuming a reasonably sizable chunk of the amount of neatstuff at e3?

I might have to pass on the Expo itself (for reasons far too long to go into.. let's just say I've been a game software developer for waaaaay too long), but there are easy bus options from downtown Bellevue to downtown Seattle...(the two cities are only 10 or so miles away from each other) The latter is where I'd most likely prefer to FAP in August.

gravel, did you ever go to that exhibition of old computer games last year / a couple of years ago? I think it finished up, esconced in some edinburgh museum after a while but I never worked up the chutzpah to go through see it.
