That show I watched the other day, the one momus is in - one guy had a leech in his nose. He got it drinking from a mountain stream in Nepal. He didnt even know it was there. He went to a cafe, and apparently the little dude peeked out of his nostril. The waiter saw this, screamed and ran off. The guy was walking after him saying "what? Whats wrong?" to no avail.

Then he went back to his room, stared at a mirror awhile... and there it was, this leech, it again peeked out and had a look around!
