Not knowing about the history of Stella, I got a DVD promo of the first episode and watched it last night with my girlfriend. It was kind of strange and wacky at first, ok well, the whole time. But some parts had us laughing really hard, like "Ok shhhhhhhhh shut up" and the skunk tails.
plus I have a crush on michael ian black, which helps.
