Daily Mail reported this, so I'm not sure if it's the case.

I wonder if anybody else can spot the clue that this might be made up bollocks.

Yeah, like Victoria Beckham calling Snoop Dogg "Mr Snoop." She told the Sun this. Actually that might be true.

Oh, don't get me wrong Brian, I believed the story was entirely possible but you can't turn down a chance to have a go at the Daily Mail. Also, we can do Live8 in a minute.

One ethicist said there is a disconnect in the fact that the rich gifts are being offered at a concert whose aim is bringing attention to poverty in Africa.

"It's not unethical, but it falls into the middle gray zone," Loyola Marymount University business and ethics professor Thomas White told The Philadelphia Inquirer.

WHAT THE FUCK IS GREY ABOUT IT?

"Well on the one hand, free money for rich people as a tax avoidance scheme..."

Anyhow, presumably this was 'expenses', like everyone else that did the work got paid. As opposed to negotiating everyone who appeared to do it totally gratis would have taken too long.

That the whole thing was done at all was a complete joke, I think.
