do you get cockroaches in Ireland? I had a dream that one of them followed me whom from the USA, so now I am afeared that either one of them may have hidden in my luggage or, worse, laid a load of eggs there so that the Vicarage will soon have loads of mewling baby cockroaches knocking about in it.

La cucaracha la cucaracha!

I saw one in Scotland. It was dead mind you, lying on it's back. Was in the Botanic Gardens in the park at the back of the Victoria Infirmary so it come over in a plant.

Come to think of it - you get them in grubby British restaurants on these expose documentaries, so I'd think you would get them in Ireland.

Vicar, are you having some sort of stress freakout from your Middle East trip?

P.S How do I change the name of a link? I'd very much have liked this one to have read 'cabbages'.

Christ, I feel sick now. But also, how does a worm just "enter" your body when you stand on it?

middle east was peace of piss... the only vermin I saw there was a friendly little rat. But in TEH UNITED STATES OF TEH AMERICAS I saw a cockroach the size of a car... and now I fear that it and its kin are hankering after me.
