Why does ilx have two domains? We should canonicalize URLS so when people link to p3r.net the link color remains the same and I will be logged in.

I say we choose wh3rd.net since it:

- came first
- is redirected to by ILXOR.COM

When you go somewhere and find wh3rd is "Restricted", you try p3r and it's alright! Usually.
