Wow, that picture is truly frightening Jesse.

I doubt that works, but whatever. TEST.

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:17 (nineteen years ago)

AAAAAHHH, no!! Make it stop.

regular roundups (Dave M), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:18 (nineteen years ago)

Oh wow. It worked.

I think that this is a bad start to this thread.

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:18 (nineteen years ago)

The first graphic is so big that we won't be able to see orange-man after very long at all.

regular roundups (Dave M), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:19 (nineteen years ago)

When I was picked on and shunned in high school, and when I saw others treated poorly I thought it was unfair. But I really would like to pick on this guy. Kick his ass a little. (And after I say that I hear Chris P1uma's voice of unconventionality in my head arguing in this guy's defense.)

I could and would totally want to see you kick this guy's ass.

xp: goddammit!

Those pics are from the same photographer who brought you this:

I believe
That when the hurting and the pain has gone
We will be strong
Oh yes we will be strong

And I believe
That if I’m crying while I write these words
Is it absurd?
Or am I being real

I believe
That if you knew just what these tears were for
They would just pour
Like every drop of rain
That’s why I believe

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:31 (nineteen years ago)

You're just trying to ruin this for me, aren't you? What happened to CUTE overload? Or sloths, even?

xp: haha, so fitting!

regular roundups (Dave M), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:31 (nineteen years ago)

Let's talk about Tears for Fears.

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:34 (nineteen years ago)

Here's a sloth. Well... PARTS OF A SLOTH (BWA HA HA HA HA!)

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:35 (nineteen years ago)

Donnie Darko is overrated, but probably still good.

regular roundups (Dave M), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:35 (nineteen years ago)

Ok, I don't like that movie much, but the "Head Over Heels" sequence is so great.

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:36 (nineteen years ago)

Charles was pointing out a lot of ET references to me, and I would like to see ET again and then watch DD afterward. I think that could be cool.

regular roundups (Dave M), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:38 (nineteen years ago)

So i am seriously on my manstrual cycle.....I was reading the transcripts from the cockpit recorder from United flight 93 while eating at a Pakistani restaurant and I teared up and had to put it away b/c I was going to cry.

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:40 (nineteen years ago)

Hey! Maybe you guys should go on a double date! To hell!

ahaha

Jordan (Jordan), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:44 (nineteen years ago)

WTF happened with the suddenly calm weather? Fucking prickteasing stormofabitch.

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:47 (nineteen years ago)

After all that, it's not "Sex over the phone"? Jesse no longer loves me.

Casuistry (Chris P), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:49 (nineteen years ago)

What now? What's not?

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:51 (nineteen years ago)

The thread title!

Casuistry (Chris P), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:53 (nineteen years ago)

I didn't start this thread!

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:54 (nineteen years ago)

Oh! Why did I think you did?

Casuistry (Chris P), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:55 (nineteen years ago)

Casuistry (Chris P), Friday, 14 April 2006 03:56 (nineteen years ago)

Because a certain someone was TALKING TO HIMSELF.

Wait. I do that on here too....

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:03 (nineteen years ago)

No you don't.

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:13 (nineteen years ago)

No really, I do.

Actually, I was referring to orangey.

regular roundups (Dave M), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:40 (nineteen years ago)

He was referring to this creature:

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:43 (nineteen years ago)

dammit.

THIS CREATURE

ALERT

white castle = GI DISTRESS

ALERT

gbx (skowly), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:44 (nineteen years ago)

I did a quick search on Yahoo's personals thanks to Jesse's linkage and the first one I bothered to look at said he enjoyed "smoking, drinking, fourtwenty, but no drugs", and I marvelled.

Casuistry (Chris P), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:44 (nineteen years ago)

Jesse, do you want to hatefuck that guy?

Casuistry (Chris P), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:46 (nineteen years ago)

In order to really get an idea of what a douche this douche is, click on his image to make him full-sized.

xpost to Evan: White Castle don't call them Sliders for no reason. Try this creature, it helped me yesterday.

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:46 (nineteen years ago)

that guy (not the sloth) looks like a total fucking douchebag.

gbx (skowly), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:48 (nineteen years ago)

Jesse, do you want to hatefuck that guy?

Nah. He's gross but I don't hate him.

Anyway I prefer hatefucks with people I like/love. I think I've gone over this before--fucking like you hate with someone you love is the bestest fucking in the world.

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:49 (nineteen years ago)

xpost-- not the guy with the sloth either i hope.

he really really looks like he needs a lot of mockery and slapping to help him snap out of whatever confusion has led him to be so orange and girly. i can't tell just from one pic, but i suspect that a kidney punch is in order too.

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:51 (nineteen years ago)

This is a nice-looking man, in my opinion.

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 04:57 (nineteen years ago)

My last boyfriend had a lot in common with him then.

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot (unclejessjess), Friday, 14 April 2006 05:07 (nineteen years ago)

What is this software? I want to know so I can make fun of it.

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 18:54 (nineteen years ago)

Except the display is actually appearing in the software, it's not a web thing.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 18:55 (nineteen years ago)

If it's not a web thing, then why the HTML? Are you building software? Are you building a literal, physical table? You don't need html for that. I recommend a saw and a belt sander.

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 18:59 (nineteen years ago)

Haha. Dude, this is the software they use when you go to the hospital. I'd like to talk more about how some of the displays are built & stuff, but I could get into serious trouble, so I'll stop.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:10 (nineteen years ago)

No really, I'm dying to know... What's he building in there???

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:10 (nineteen years ago)

What's he building in there?
What the hell is he building
In there?
He has subscriptions to those
Magazines... He never
Waves when he goes by
He's hiding something from
The rest of us... He's all
To himself... I think I know
Why... He took down the
Tire swing from the Peppertree
He has no children of his
Own you see... He has no dog
And he has no friends and
His lawn is dying... and
What about all those packages
He sends. What's he building in there?
With that hook light
On the stairs. What's he building
In there... I'll tell you one thing
He's not building a playhouse for
The children what's he building
In there?

Now what's that sound from under the door?
He's pounding nails into a
Hardwood floor... and I
Swear to god I heard someone
Moaning low... and I keep
Seeing the blue light of a
T.V. show...
He has a router
And a table saw... and you
Won't believe what Mr. Sticha saw
There's poison underneath the sink
Of course... But there's also
Enough formaldehyde to choke
A horse... What's he building
In there. What the hell is he
Building in there? I heard he
Has an ex-wife in some place
Called Mayors Income, Tennessee
And he used to have a
consulting business in Indonesia...
but what is he building in there?
What the hell is building in there?

He has no friends
But he gets a lot of mail
I'll bet he spent a little
Time in jail...
I heard he was up on the
Roof last night
Signaling with a flashlight
And what's that tune he's
Always whistling...
What's he building in there?
What's he building in there?

We have a right to know...

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:11 (nineteen years ago)

Whoa, Mule.

Safety First - as a non-compliant string flosser, I feel for you. I had to have the deep cleaning last year, right side then left side 2 weeks later. Needles, hours of jaw-aching, lots of nitrous. I recommend this thing to all string floss haters. Powerful enough to put your eye out.

Jaq (Jaq), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:26 (nineteen years ago)

Amanda, Method Man is my second favorite after Ghostface. He's hilarious.

regular roundups (Dave M), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:28 (nineteen years ago)

Btw Jenny, I didn't floss either. I'm trying to start now, so maybe we can be floss buddies.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:29 (nineteen years ago)

I keep floss in the car so I can remember to keep up the habit; I floss at stoplights. Probably not the safest idea in the world, but my dental hygiene is worth it.

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:33 (nineteen years ago)

Floss nerd.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:34 (nineteen years ago)

(I keep drum sticks in the car, also an unsafe habit)

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:35 (nineteen years ago)

Holy makkara, Toivo! (OutDatWay), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:46 (nineteen years ago)

John, I just heard another song that might fit on your proto-mix: "Gangsters" by the Specials.

Holy makkara, Toivo! (OutDatWay), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:47 (nineteen years ago)

I still don't understand why the songs have to be suitable for children. Do you even know any children? Fuck everything, put some Vanity 6 on there.

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:48 (nineteen years ago)

I still don't understand why the songs have to be suitable for children. Do you even know any children? Fuck everything, put some Vanity 6 on there.

It's called a theme.

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:52 (nineteen years ago)

I don't know why I went to the trouble of quoting a post that was directly above mine.

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:53 (nineteen years ago)

context, dude

Holy makkara, Toivo! (OutDatWay), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:54 (nineteen years ago)

"Songs that children can make out ot."

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:58 (nineteen years ago)

to.

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 19:58 (nineteen years ago)

Anyway, it's not that they HAVE to be suitable for children -- that's just the general feel I was getting from the four songs I started out with, since they featured cartoonish figures of fright (boogie monster, Dracula) rather than real-life horror stories. So sure, maybe it would be better to expand the range...

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 20:01 (nineteen years ago)

"The Baby-Raping Anthems of 2004."

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 20:01 (nineteen years ago)

I feel like there must be something by Kool Keith that fits.

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 20:03 (nineteen years ago)

I keep thinking of that Mr. Show sketch with the serious investigation of events depicted in so-called novelty Halloween songs.

Jordan (Jordan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 20:03 (nineteen years ago)

Maybe "children" is a red herring, and maybe what I'm really after is just the fantastical.

jaymc (jaymc), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 20:07 (nineteen years ago)

haha "Probings."

"Dracula...The Wolfman...The Mummy...Would these monsters ever assemble as a group in a party setting, to dance or eat and drink together? While skeptics declare it impossible, novelty songs seem to suggest quite the opposite."

Gilbert O'Sullivan (kenan), Wednesday, 19 April 2006 20:13 (nineteen years ago)

I feel like there must be something by Kool Keith that fits.

Christ, seems to me you could put at least half of Dr. Octagonycologist on there if that's the case.
