I hate it when people claim Meat Loaf didn't tell us what he wouldn't do for love! It's right there in the lyrics of the song, folks!

Whether it makes any sense (he wouldn't forget her or cheat on her for love?) is a different question, but he does say what he wouldn't do.

Though I do remember a common interpretation in my upper elementary school was that he wouldn't take it up the arse, even for love.
