I think you missed it. It's one of the 'smart playlists' that get created automatically - "my top rated," "most recently played," and "top 25 most played."

Oh - Well you can do 'Export playlist' from iTunes, but that's a bit messy.

I downloaded a mac thing called 'iTunes Publisher' that does the job well. The unregistered version works well enough for my purposes.
