I always did think Kendall-era 120 Minutes played an inappropriate amount of Killing Joke.

Well, wasn't there a clip for a Killing Joke video in the whole introductory montage? Those kids running around a fire?

There is of course no such thing as an 'inappropriate' amount of KJ. Merely 'overenthusiastic,' perhaps. ;-)
