romilar still exists, as a dxm-containing syrup or pill/lozenge thing. and i think it still exists as a codeine cough syrup (but an undesirable one to abuse, i think, because it has guafenesin, a bad expectorant that makes you sick, and people would rather drink promethazine ones). but maybe that's not the point.
