You should definitely grab Ugly Beautiful, it's the best and most stylistically varied of the three full-band albums. Then, since you'll have the lot, you can start saving pennies for the six-CD box set of early material... there's loads of great b-sides and alternate versions of Yr Gorgeous on the Echo singles, too.
