I'm more scared by the title "Irish Blood, English Heart."

Let's hope so.

this is his grime album, right? Kray-zee Rascal representing.

See also the discussion on this here: New Morrissey album named, new song titles surface! Let's get excited!

(FWIW I think the pic is more Cagney than Kray.)

Having a 488K image on the front page of your website is so outrageous that I almost suspect Morrissey's direct responsiblity.

Expecting Morrissey to know about image resolution is like expecting the Pinefox to know about blue writing.

Jerry the Nipper (Jerrynipper), Sunday, 22 February 2004 23:30 (twenty-two years ago)

I only said 'almost'.

Did you miss the pinefox's shocking mastery of blue writing some months ago?

N. (nickdastoor), Sunday, 22 February 2004 23:37 (twenty-two years ago)

He had nothing to do with it! It was an auto ilx feature for when you link to a thread title. However I have managed to explain the search function to the PF recently. No doubt he will find this message tomorrow via just that method.

Jerry the Nipper (Jerrynipper), Sunday, 22 February 2004 23:44 (twenty-two years ago)

No! I'm sure it wasn't that. I'm sure he linked a word in his post to the relevant link. Maybe someone was with him.

I actually laughed out loud upon seeing the photo.

Sean (Sean), Monday, 23 February 2004 13:51 (twenty-two years ago)

I guess that's not the cover, as it's called "For the Quarry" now...

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 23 February 2004 14:38 (twenty-two years ago)

No it's not!

Jerry the Nipper (Jerrynipper), Monday, 23 February 2004 14:39 (twenty-two years ago)

not what?

mark grout (mark grout), Monday, 23 February 2004 14:49 (twenty-two years ago)

It's not called 'For the Quarry'.

I once learned how to do the blue writing, one blue afternoon. I created a link to Ewing's article about B&S! (That sentence surprised me so I had to give it an exclamation mark.)

But it was hard and within hours I no longer knew how to do it.

Somehow I have not forgotten how to do the italics. Perhaps they are simpler. However I do not know when they will work or not; in e-mails for instance, I imagine they would not work.

The Nipper did not, in fact, explain the search function to me. I think that I was confused by the fact that the search had never worked, so I was clicking on the wrong thing or sth. Then I clicked on the right thing one day.

I have managed to search one or two things, but on the whole it is true that the search function looks very complicated.
