GOOD SIDE/BAD SIDE

so how about that new master p album coming out in a couple weeks??

since going all N.O.-bounce didnt yield dividends for em, it looks like MP is going crunk on our bitchasses. even worse he's aping "WE ALL WE GOT!" which was like way played out when the st.lunatics started saying it.

i can't believe THE NEW NO LIMIT is now distributed by KOCH! thats so sad. universal sure deaded their deal quick! Koch is a graveyard. its so sad to see anyone deal with them. its just advertising that no major label wanted to work with you.

what master p should do is drop the "new" from no limit and try and claim some the real NO LIMIT is back shit! like we started this south shit!

master p needs to realize every creative decision he's made in the past 7 years has run his label into the ground. cheap bastard, he's worth hundreds of millions but never bothered to invest in his label for producers, videos, etc

I CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR "20 ON CARS 26 ON TRUCKS"!!!

joshd, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:11 (twenty-two years ago)

best song titles:

"Thug and Get Paper"
"20 on Cars 26 on Trucks" (x-post)
"It's a Drought"

which one is the song at the end of the "Them Jeans" video? WE WILD OUT IN THE CLUB AND ACT DUM DIDDY DUM DUM

Al (sitcom), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:12 (twenty-two years ago)

"Ghetto Honey" and "Ghetto Model" really should be next to each other in the running order for thematic unity. I wonder which one's the 'good side' and which one's the 'bad side'.

Al (sitcom), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:13 (twenty-two years ago)

ummmmm...since when did people actually start liking master p?

Dude (The Yellow Dart), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:13 (twenty-two years ago)

i think master p is making up 26s.. the previous highest i heard on a rap song was "limited edition 25s"

joshd, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:13 (twenty-two years ago)

I like how both his good and bad sides both wear camouflage. the only difference is the choice of headgear.

Al (sitcom), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:14 (twenty-two years ago)

daps to whoever's first to write a published review that says something like "my copy is missing the 'good side'".

Al (sitcom), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:15 (twenty-two years ago)

Since when has anyone cared what moronic indie rock kids thought?

Alex in SF (Alex in SF), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:15 (twenty-two years ago)

going on that theme.. he shoulda made one side a "good side" aimed at the lil romeo crowd.. and a "bad side" featuring explicit gangsta shit. that would've been downright subversive.

joshd, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:17 (twenty-two years ago)

guys it's a double disc, that tracklisting doesn't indicate that. one disc is the good disc and one is the bad disc that's how it was explained to me

William Wiggins, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:18 (twenty-two years ago)

joshd you haven't heard young buck say TWENTY SIXES ON THE HUMMER, BY GOAL IS TO TRY TO FUCK TRINA BY THE SUMMER they've got 28s for sale now too and 30s as special editions that arent safe to drive on

William Wiggins, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:19 (twenty-two years ago)

isnt the second disc the dvd though?

joshd, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:20 (twenty-two years ago)

28s on the h2

William Wiggins, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:20 (twenty-two years ago)

I would've respected Outkast a lot more if they'd been honest enough to label the 'good disc' and the 'bad disc' as such.

Al (sitcom), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:20 (twenty-two years ago)

damn tiny tires to accomodate gigantic rims is gangsta as fuck

Al (sitcom), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:20 (twenty-two years ago)

i think a man who once talked about dipping blunts in formaldahyde appearing on nickelodeon is subversive enough

strongo hulkington (dubplatestyle), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:21 (twenty-two years ago)

Hahahaha what a weird concept.

"Um sorry guys for contractual reasons I had to include this completely extraneous disc of bad songs/filler/overlong skits, BUT I have conveniently labeled it the BAD DISC so you'll know not to listen to it.

Thanks,

Master P"

Those are pretty short discs.

Alex in SF (Alex in SF), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:22 (twenty-two years ago)

i remember when MP da last don came out. i was like ooh wee a full extra 5 songs from the typical no limit album for the price of a double cd

joshd, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:24 (twenty-two years ago)

well, you know how Allmusic always labels multi-disc sets weird.

Al (sitcom), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:24 (twenty-two years ago)

my bets on disc 2 being the good side

joshd, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:25 (twenty-two years ago)

i cant find this on slsk yet.

adam west (adamwest), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:26 (twenty-two years ago)

i imagine master p didnt want to pay top dollar to lil jon so instead he got his bottom of the barrel shit and thinks its good enough just to have his name on the cover

H2 WITH AN ESCALADE CONVERSION ON 30S

William Wiggins, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:27 (twenty-two years ago)

compared to baby or anyone else master p has weak cars going by the 504 boyz dvd. he spent like half an hour showing off a 96 impala that had those early spinners that didn't spin by themselves he was just cruising a parking lot jamming on the brakes every five seconda nd speeding back up and he just has the wekeast stuff. not even a maybach. i think he sold his gucci ferrari too but that was better than anything baby had

William Wiggins, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:30 (twenty-two years ago)

those tires look like they're going to go flat as soon as you drive down a bumpy hill. is that structurally sound at all?

Al (sitcom), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:30 (twenty-two years ago)

nah they're basically for show i think. which is the reason why you can't buy anything bigger than a 26, really. i think custom car places probably have them made up to put on for show. there's not enough to hold the car up for real driving

William Wigginsh, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:32 (twenty-two years ago)

whenever i see tires like that i think that they cant possibly have air in them. pure rubber inside and out.

joshd, Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:33 (twenty-two years ago)

maybe the next step is monster trucks, just so the vehicles/tires can be big enough to accomodate the rims.

Al (sitcom), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:36 (twenty-two years ago)

rappers most likely to start the monster truck trend: Ludacris, Bone Crusher, Xzibit

Al (sitcom), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:37 (twenty-two years ago)

i have a friend (who is a mechanic) (he is actually my best friend) who i think only likes modern rap for the cars

strongo hulkington (dubplatestyle), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:39 (twenty-two years ago)

that show Funkmaster Flex has on Spike TV is kind of entertaining. in the same way that Cribs is, at least.

Al (sitcom), Tuesday, 16 March 2004 03:41 (twenty-two years ago)

pastor troy is drving a semi right now!

the new rims though is floaters but nobody's mentioned them on a song yet
