here is a list of tapes I bought at the salvo for 2 dollars. I like to listen to tapes in my car. I was going to put this on my blog, but maybe this way someone might read it:

Def Leppard Pyromania After listening to "Photograph" and reading The Accidental History of Rock and Roll (though this seemed mostly concerned w/Hysteria this looked good. There was also a second copy.

Fats Domino 10 Greatest Hits I can't believe they only put 10 songs on this. All his songs are like 2 minutes!

Young MC Stone Cold Ryhmin' An associate of mine used to have this.

Sam & Dave Soul Study Vol. 1 Smooth.

Ghostbusters OST - Nostalgia or something.

Impossible to resist from the cover art: Debbie Gibson Electric Youth (cover taken from sophmore yearbook photo) and Anything is Possible (one year later and shes got half of her jacket off and is trying to stare at me seductively in her Madonnawear)

Finally there is Radical Life Support's R.L.S.
Some notes taken from the cassette sleeve: Radical Life Support (RLS) is a band sent out by` TEEN RESCUE. Teen Rescue an organization dedicated to reaching a generation of young people that is searching for answers and wanting the best. (wish it was 'beat') (but their first song is called, "Sold Out and Radical"!)

Premptive message for the haters: I also just made Pere Ubu and MX-80 tapes.

Please use this thread to discuss my tapes or your own thrift tape experiences.
