Johnta Nelson, Thursday, 6 January 2005 01:48 (twenty-one years ago)

Prog rock

mottdeterre (mottdeterre), Thursday, 6 January 2005 01:50 (twenty-one years ago)

Is this a homework question?

I would assume tango is still pretty popular in some sense. Prog rock is probably right. And roc en espanol.

Argentina Turner.

You couldn't tell it was going to be about Buenos Aires?

RS LaRue (rockist_scientist), Thursday, 6 January 2005 02:07 (twenty-one years ago)

Not nearly as classic is using "Russian hostage tragedy" as a subject title to find out what Missy Elliott is saying in the chorus of "Work It"

donut christ (donut), Thursday, 6 January 2005 02:10 (twenty-one years ago)

Haibun, you should be receiving a package soon, if you haven't already.

RS LaRue (rockist_scientist), Thursday, 6 January 2005 02:41 (twenty-one years ago)

still waiting, daddy-o. can i interest you in my MEXICO AND ITS DISCONTENTS 2004 mix?

Haibun (Begs2Differ), Thursday, 6 January 2005 03:46 (twenty-one years ago)

That sounds alright. What is it? Is that a mix you made or a CD you got somehow or what? You could just send it if you don't feel like answering.

It's so weird to listen to mixes I have made myself. I just keep saying, "Yeah, this is a good song. . . And this is a good song. . . And this is a good song. . ." There's never one of those extra songs I want to skip over. (There are some songs with some weak points, especially on the 03/04 mix, since I had less to draw on, but I still think they are all good, overall.)

RS LaRue (rockist_scientist), Thursday, 6 January 2005 03:50 (twenty-one years ago)

I am so tempted to start a thread called "I Love"
