Unfortunately, he sticks mostly to classic rock. metal and pop.

I couldn't read the whole thing, but I skipped to the end and it's the Crue.
That's just not right. There are plenty worse bands than the Crue. At least they had Kickstart my Heart...

I think the guys rules were too strict. He left out a lot of bad bands and went after only the most obvious big names.

He was doing okay (in spite of the fact he thinks Sublime doesn't suck, which is just wrong), but then he goes and picks Motley Crue? You have to give them points for the entertainment value of their autobiography, even if you never want to hear another song by them again.
