Other than You're living all over me, is any of the other albums worth
checking out?

yes, just avoid the last 2, i think. without a sound is the last pretty good one. bug is pretty awesome, too (as is YLAOM).

I have a soft spot for Green Mind and Where You Been.

Much as I love them, I reckon you could probably survive with just YLAOM and the best of.

Hmm, a convincing case is frequently made for everything up to Where You Been. The first 3 are probably best, and I've never been convinced that YLAOM has much of an edge over s/t and Bug anyway. Geez, it's terrifying how long it is since I thought about DJr prior to recent chatter.

Rather than the Rhino comp, I would buy Bug and Where You Been, each of which are filler-less and representative of Dinos Mach I & II.... But YLAOM remains the champ going away!

You're Living All Over Me
Bug
Green Mind
Fossil

thats all you need. The J. solo acoustic thing is pretty awesome too. The first album (S/T) has some great tunes, but overall not very cohesive.

you don't really need fossils if you have YLAOM and BUG. maybe just for "just like heaven"?

cutty (mcutt), Wednesday, 4 May 2005 13:52 (twenty-one years ago)

the deep wound cover + peter frampton cover + cure cover.
