One of the most underrated music talents in the world,
He is as genius as Robert Pollard or AC newman, in converting 60's (and 70's) melodys into modern music. "Thers never been a crowd" , "Telegraph" and the Cardinal project are magical, amazing stuff.I'm addicted to his music.
While listening to the records, you think you've heard that style before, and you did, but he does it way better than the others (B&S, Elliott smith, Nick Drake etc...), adding his special, personal touch - a bit of a psychedelic twist (Arthur Lee and Syd Barrett like) with the best songwriting in the genre.
The world don't know what he is missing, but i'm sure ILM will appreciate.
Please share with me the love and respect for Mr. Davies.
