what ten songs should i buy from itunes (on a free pass)?

the airline gave me two five-song passes = 10 songs. i've never looked at the itunes music store before, but i hear they have a good selection.

things i already know about
-1. jazz
0. classic rock
1. noise
2. dance music from c. 1999 onwards
3. some dance music from 1975 to 1989

i only added number three so that i wouldn't get trashed for not knowing about jamie principle and mfsb and salsoul. but i wouldn't mind some stuff centered around the intersection of philly soul and disco. unless you can think of something better.

The Buckinghams - "Mercy Mercy Mercy"
Aretha Franklin - "Love Me Right"

(and I highly recommend them both. the aretha tune is disco-era w/ Luther vandross in tow)
