Basically, you mean 'rap, right? I mean, that's the thread that very tenuously holds most of these tunes together.

That said, Simon Joyner's "Open Window Blues," from his Skeleton Blues album, which I happen to be listening to right now for, like, the 10,000th time, fits this description.

In general, I'm not a huge fan of these 'verbose, free associative' type songs because they generally very sound effortless to write, and there hasn't been one as good as Subterranean Homesick Blues (though Tokyo Storm Warning comes very very close)
