why is the thread on legal download sites on ilm locked, and can it be unlocked?

Now that YSI's have been banished from ILX, where is the best place to pay for downloading obscure/rare tracks

seriously - i see nothing wrong here, and i want to ask about where one can legally download some specific things, and this would seem to be the obvious place to do it...

Common sense reigns. I appreciate your concerns with regard illegal downloads and the insight provided by Dan in particular would suggest that allofmp3 has dubious status, but I would not have known this unless it was allowed to be discussed in open debate and surely this remains the most powerful precursor to regulating good practice.

Now let's get back to talking bollocks.

I followed through with a search and from what is written there still appear to be caveats which make a definitive judgement problematic. But hey, we move on. I wouldn't have brought it to peoples attention if I was certain of the true picture.
