Still not getting into my account

Hi, it's been over one month now that I cannot join the discussions on the Subjectivisten-forum. my password doesn't seem to work and my request to send me a new one still gives an error. Can you please tell me what I can Expect? should I give up visiting the forum?

FYI, I am one of the moderators of that board (forum) and I hope one of the global mods knows a solution to this. Of course people shouldn't give up visiting our board. We restriced posting to registered users, to avoid some annoying trolls we experienced laterly, but if this means some regular posters can't post anymore, we should open it to all again.
