getaddrinfo failed

I posted an href link to this thread and it posted fine, but not without kicking up the following warnings:

Okay and then when I just posted the above it said

Warning: fopen([same foodsaver url redacted so it doesn't do it a third time]): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 200MOK in /home/ilx/dev/stable/boardfunctions.php on line 992
