Why aren't my questions coming up in the search function?

I asked a couple of ILM questions assuming that I was starting a thread, but they won't come up in the search function. Here they are:

The moderators can't. I think it's up to the server owner, and he doesn't have the time right now as far as I know. So, yes, sorry, it's annoying, but it's still better than when we were on greenspun.
