I had a friend whose dad played this computer game of chess where when one piece took another, it was violent or sexual. The knight would lop off heads, and I seem to recall that the queen got fucked pretty hard when she was "taken".

I remember some Tetris-style game a friend had in college, where the different shapes were male and female bodies that did various sexy things to each other when you completed lines.

Sims 2 is pretty entertaining and complex in this regard, especially with the skins and animations you can apparently download. Gay and straight sex both possible.

I believe I have heard of Japan.

They actually have big sections in Gamespot-style stores for hardcore pornographic games, naked ladies adorning the covers, right out there on the shelf without very little division from regular games. It always kind of blew my mind.

One year in stage crew this kid brought in his uncle's old Tandy 1000 as a prop and we typed dir/w and found jiggle.exe and laughed. I think this was in 1998.
