Lords of Thunder=Best shmup I've ever played.

Good lord.
SOO much fun.
Soundtrack ROCKS.
You can BUY STUFF.
You CHOOSE your weapon before the level starts and don't have to worry about getting the sucky laser or slowgun or whatever accidentally.
Tons of enemies that are hard to avaoid and kill, but don't take cheap shots.
Anemy AI. They don't just shoot out in 100% predictable patterns!

PLEASE name me a shmup that's better!

MUST PLAY.
I need some kind of Homebrew Kit, or this one import saturn game that lets you make your own.
i need a shmup called "Kill All Fuckers."
Because that's all the enemies in these games are to me. That's all I have time for!

Jets n guns looks basically like a graphically updated, alternate reality Lords of Thunder.
I mean, the gameplay looks EXTREMELY similar.

I have a project I'll be working on this weekend.
Replaceing the Sega CD's soundtrack with the Turbo Duo/PCE CD soundtrack.
Not that fun, really.
But the PCE soundtrack rocks HARDER.
