I don't have a calendar, but is the 3rd Saturday in November the 22nd?

I'm thinking that would be good, because 3 weeks is time enough to get everyone organised and plan in advance (and besides, 22 is my lucking number and 22/11 is a hot conspiracy date! (as opposed to a conspiracy hot date))

Let us reiterate. NO BOYS AT THE ALL GIRL FAP!!! Those of us with partners may have to find something for our menfolk to do, so you are perfectly welcome to have your ALL BOY FAP, but you must plan it on your own thread.

Maybe one of us should also ring The Glass Bar and find out if they are OK with us FAPing there, i.e. bringing a busload of rowdy (mainly) hetero non-member womens into their little tiny bar.

(Also, can someone confirm that the 22nd is a Saturday, because I didn't bring my calendar, and our Outlook system is down.)

Oh wait, shit, that's out, then. Someone else make another suggestion.

Kate - we are jealous because all FAP have been unisex in terms of invitees and so the reason why no laydeez show is that they do not exist. To have a girl FAP would indicate that they hate us.

ok, but this one's going to have to be carefully planned, because there are few of us as it is, and we're getting nearer Christmas and getting booked up.

Friday 21st Nov, Fri 6th, Sat 7th, sat 13th, and Friday 19th and 20th Dec are the only weekend dates I have free before Christmas, and there's an all encompassing London Christmas FAP to fit in too (although, is that usually on a week night?)

can't think of any other 'no guys' place to go except the CAKE events, which are probably a little bit hardcore for a FAP. and would make boyfriends/SOs completely mad with jealousy.

Is there a reason for this nonsense, and the concomitant all-male FAP? Don't tell me that Kate, Vicky, Emma and so on are intimidated by the men, and FAPs are hardly centred around macho men or activities. It feels childish, really. I'm sure I'll enjoy a men-only FAP less than an open one, and the same would be true were it possible for me to be at a women-only one.

I am almost certain that an all-male FAP would be duller than a mixed one but its still a night out in the pub with some fine people so why not? It's not like there won't be a string of other events after and possibly before.

But equally I think its telling that every female poster who is likely to be attending except possibly Suzy has gone "yay, all-girl FAP, great idea" and I'm almost certain the conversation and whole tone of the event will be radically different to a normal FAP in a way that an all-bloke event.

Is it childish to want to spend a bit of time in a group without any members of the opposite sex if you are perfectly open and inclusive the other 98% of the time (which lets face it, most of us are)? God, there's a thread in itself in that question.

It's not that we need an all girl thing, it's just that, because so many people turn up to normal FAPs, and there are fewer girls, I've found that often I don't get to talk to other females (and yes, I could make a conserted effort to talk to them at normal FAPs but I'm lazy) and an all girl FAP would give me a chance to get to talk to people properly, and topics of conversation will be very different.

I miss having proper girly chats, it'll be fun! But meeting up afterwards is a definite must.

Ah I was planning on going to BALLBOY DAY on Saturday and all. Last Strange Fruit ever too! ~~Which is a good excuse to celebrate for me perhaps us girls can plan a girls only halfway decent club to take over London bwahaha~~. But I care not one jot about the rest of the bands so could easily manage a few beforehand depending on what time everyone will be there.

BTW does the Glass Bar do beer? And do we have to pay in? (Seems likely) Also the 22nd is the Bisexual and Lesbian Group so will there be enough space for us? Despite going through Euston every day I've never seen this gaff but the other thread seems to indicate it's weeny. Hem hem of course I could always start off in the Head of Steam with some nice real ale beforehand but am happy to do this myself if others don't want to taint themseles with MAN FLESH. I am not starting drinking on cocktails or shit lager, innit :)

I didn't see that mentioned! So are people meeting Saturday afternoon then? I have no problems with this apart from that I refuse to start afternoon drinking on cocktails, else I will die! Starting in the afternoon avoids the group activities on later though. Am slightly loathe to pay ONE WHOLE POUND to get in though but I am a bitter drinking curmudgeon.

i've been going to this cocktail bar near old street recently that has couches and stuff. it's called kokomo or something like that. unfortunately, i don't think they do happy hour on saturdays (and i've never been on a weekend, so don't know if it's totally packed or not)
