The title track that leads off the new album is just about the funkiest rock song I've ever heard.

There is one easter egg found on each of the discs included in the 2-disc Special Edition. The first (also available on the single disc version) is a cheat code for the video game that will allow the player to play as Bizarro. The second egg features several takes of Kevin Spacey yelling "wrong". There is also a hidden recipe for "Lex Luthor's special kryptonite chicken gumbo", calling for "at least 9 tablespoons of chem-light juice" for "flavoring and color".

The characters Rosenberg and Goldstein in Harold and Kumar Go to the White Castle are a reference to Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. This was done with the intent to create an alternate film with these characters that takes place in the same time period much like the way that the play "Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead" takes place in the same time period as "Hamlet".

I was under the impression the H&K "sequel" was going to be Rosenberg and Goldstein Go To Hotdog Heaven (intersecting with H&K, direct Rosencrantz and Gildenstern takeoff) but apparently that's not happening now - haertbroken yet again.

It isn't about the lyrics, it is more about the sonics of the record. I am going through their catalogue and it just seems so joyless and dry for the most part(except the singles). It is boring and restrained(elegant...), I just wish they would cut loose and really make their records sound like a party. I don't have the most extensive disco collection, but I have so much other stuff that just shits all over these records. Everything is really clean and well recorded, the playing is tight, the mixes are really tasteful...it is the sonic equivalent of living in the burbs.
