Leaving marks of any kind, including hickeys, is verboten for me. It's like an animal marking his territory. The last time a guy gave me a hickey I said, "What are you going to do next, pee on me?!"

(I've since become worldly enough to realize this COULD have been seen as an invitation, but thankfully it didn't turn out that way.)

I like being given them (I am crap at giving them) but definitely not anywhere visible. If they can be seen they become very nasty, bad, bad!
