I've been six times. It's AMAZING. You don't need to be a hippie at all (I'm not), but you need to have a very high tolerance for them (I love 'em). And if you go into it with the attitude of "what can I bring to this?" rather than "what can I get from this?" you will have an extra-excellent time.

Burning Man

what I read about it made me think of snowcrash " You can look like a gorilla or a dragon or a giant talking penis in the Metaverse". I heard that generally speaking burning man have an overconsumption problem , plus it's set in the freakin desert.
