DDB, the deal was, I got in an argument with some punk-ass transit worker and he called the cops on me and claimed I "spit on him". Total fucking horseshit. But this little pussy didn't like the fact that I challenged his authority so he called the cops on me. I didn't fucking spit on him (ok, maybe I *did* call his mother a cunt, but there is no way in hell that I spit on him.) So I had to spend 8 frickin hours in the cooler, copped a simple battery, missed the White Sox game, got out at 4 am, and basically got no sleep that night. Motherfucker. the little bitch didn't even show up to the court date, so the judge threw it out of course. We were totally gonna subpoena the surveillance tapes too.

Now I'm considering my options. May sue the bitch or the CTA for wrongful imprisonment. Still talking to my lawyer, we shall see...

Ore. Bicyclist Charged With Manslaughter

CORVALLIS, Ore.

A bicyclist was charged with manslaughter after he ran through a stop sign and struck and killed a 71-year-old woman, police said Monday.

Jean Calder died at Good Samaritan Hospital after she was struck Friday night as she crossed a street at an unmarked crosswalk, Corvallis police Capt. Ron Noble said.

Christopher A. Lightning, 51, was charged with manslaughter and reckless driving.

"A car and a bicycle are both vehicles and if they are operated in a way that could be criminal, then charges are filed equally in both situations," Noble said. "He was going right through a stop sign."

Lightning was being housed in Benton County jail with bail set at $57,500. He will be given a court-appointed lawyer at his arraignment in Benton County.

aw i hate jail, i was only there once, and they had that same fucking baloney sandwich!!! i'm a vegetarian!! girl jail sucks because the guards sexually harrass you and make you feel like a piece of baloney meat. after i got out i was determined to work for prisoner's rights. then i just forgot after awhile. SORRY STORMY. i got 20 hrs community service and deferred abjudication/probation for 6 months.
