I was about to say don't listen to Symphony X, but if you want neo-Yngwie neoclassical riffage, a fat guy with the last name Romeo trading shred guitar solos with shred keyboard solos, high-pitched vibrato, and 20 min songs with vague fantasy lyrics, well, then by all means listen to Symphony X.

Actually, that makes ME sort of want to listen to Symphony X.

Oh, but I think they are metal! Gah, reading back, my post probably sounded snarky as I used that "I like that" construction. but I meant quite literally that I like that way of thinking. Because they are a metal band.

approach i did many labels. but for them the music of byzantum is too pure and true of the nightspirits ways to be contand in ther approch. plus they being of the ignorance of non-heathens said byzantum 'sucked'. ha! such christianizing slang while a smite upon the nightspirit is but a palest echo of the pain to be inflicted when the nightspirit returns to reclaim the fjords and forest and unleashes its fury.

yes but they are no match for Byzantum and our TRUE CANADIAN WEREWOLF PITCH BLACK METAL! TCWPBM is unholy mix of new and older, kind o flike a freshly cleaned pair of leather trousers (of course amde from the hide of freshly slain enemy).
