M Matos (M Matos), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:14 (twenty-one years ago)

They must punish downloading in Singapore with beheading followed by torture.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:14 (twenty-one years ago)

yes, because we all know how downloading affects the thriving pirate CD business

M Matos (M Matos), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:17 (twenty-one years ago)

I can't decide on whether that album sucks or blows.

oops (Oops), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:17 (twenty-one years ago)

It's a CRIME I tells ya.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:17 (twenty-one years ago)

That's for spitting on the sidewalk.

I think for downloading it's just a good caning.

Broheems (diamond), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:18 (twenty-one years ago)

M Matos (M Matos), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:21 (twenty-one years ago)

Well, wouldn't you? As a sociological experiment?

Ned Raggett (Ned), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:21 (twenty-one years ago)

NOW I know how to get my money back.

Dave M. (rotten03), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:21 (twenty-one years ago)

(shudders)

Dave M. (rotten03), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:33 (twenty-one years ago)

I'm not so hungry for songs with positive messages that I'm gonna stomach this blase bullshit. At least "We Are The World" and that "What's Going On" remake had some crazy-ass cameos (listen to the Boss pass a kidney stone while Stevie Wonder holds his hand!).

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:35 (twenty-one years ago)

I'm still trying to figure out WHAT is love...

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:49 (twenty-one years ago)

Do you want me to show you?

oops (Oops), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:53 (twenty-one years ago)

Cause this outfit has to be back at the shop by midnight.

oops (Oops), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 03:53 (twenty-one years ago)

Google search for "Where is the love" reveals:

ddrake, Wednesday, 12 November 2003 04:15 (twenty-one years ago)

jason sehorn

keith (keithmcl), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 04:18 (twenty-one years ago)

bootlegs aren't in singapore. you've gotta go across the way to malaysia for that. and they're still the same price as the ones i can get over by canal street in new york.

that voice review praised the *christian rock bombast* of where is the love. if you don't go for christian rock bombast, then its obv. not your thing.

anywy where's the love for Get Retarded or Labor Day or Hey Mama or better yet Elephunk???∞

Sterling Clover (s_clover), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 05:23 (twenty-one years ago)

google image search puts everything in perspective. A long time ago I typed in "love" and I saw that fellow above as well as a similar picture of a nerdy red-haired type with yellow teeth and a punishing cowlick (sadly this picture is no longer available). I showed my girlfriend at the time and she said "aw how cute" and then I signed one of my emails with
"I http://www.chess.cornell.edu/Staff/Staff_Pictures/MacCHESS/love.jpg YOU"
and then she dumped me.

Anyway it seems to me like you all don't really want to know where the love is, like you're just maybe poking fun a little.

Sonny A. (Keiko), Wednesday, 12 November 2003 05:52 (twenty-one years ago)

Take it from me, downloading in Singapore is a thriving business and has produced such an immense boom in the internet provider trade that the government fully backs and advocates it, occasionally allowing the "free" press to publish the name of sites where the heinous act may be facilitated. And no one buys pirated music CDs in Singapore.

In the Guise, Wednesday, 12 November 2003 13:39 (twenty-one years ago)

where is it? the album sucks, but i actually in-a-somewhat-embarrased-kind-of-way quite like the song, not for its naïve lyrics (although apl.d.apls verse has some pretty good timing in it), but more for the catchy melody (the rest of the album is a tiring funk jam), the general and utterly do-good rootiness of it all - and the hotness of the lady in the group.

Jay Kid (Jay K), Thursday, 13 November 2003 00:02 (twenty-one years ago)

It's all about "Hey Mama"!

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Thursday, 13 November 2003 00:11 (twenty-one years ago)

Kevin Erickson, Thursday, 13 November 2003 02:19 (twenty-one years ago)
